The European Commission has published the Program Guide for 2019, as well as Priorities for 2019-2020 for "Europe for Citizens" programme.
In relation to the Guide from 2018, we draw attention to the following changes:
- Deadlines for applications have changed
- The deadline for publishing the results by EACEA has been extended from 4 to 6 months
- There is a possibility that in 2019, the Portal for Education, Audiovisual Policy, Culture, Citizenship and Volunteer Participation will be transferred to the Finance and Tender Portal
It is also a novelty that an exception has been introduced for a project application to be submitted by a natural person if it meets the requirements of Financial Regulation 2018/1046 (Article 196 and Article 197, paragraph 2), if their representatives are authorized to take legal obligations on behalf of entities and if the entity has operational capability that is equal to that of a legal entity).
