The Office for Cooperation with Civil Society was informed about the results of the selection within the "Europe for Citizens" programme for the first chapter of the programme European Remembrance and also for Measure Civil Society Projects.

A total of 286 project proposals were submitted within the European Remembrance chapter, and 39 projects were approved, along with one project on the reserve list.

Total of 9 projects with applicants from Serbia were submitted, while one project was approved – project of the Local Democracy Center from Subotica, which also includes two partners from Serbia - Center for Local Democracy from Knjazevac and Sombor Education Center. Other 9 actors from Serbia have partner status on approved projects.

A total of 361 project proposals were submitted within the Measure Civil Society Projects and 25 projects were approved, along with 3 projects on the reserve list.

None of the 11 projects with applicants from Serbia was approved. On the other hand, 7 domestic actors have the partner status on approved projects. Two organizations from are partners on projects that are currently on the reserve list, and will be financed in the case of available funds.
