Europe for Citizens: Results of the programme in Serbia during 2017

Throughout 2017, civil society organizations, institutions and local self-government units from Serbia participated in the Europe for Citizens Programme and applied within two calls with deadlines in March and September 2017.

Actors from Serbia applied for all four measures of the EFC programme: European Remembrance, Town Twinning, Networks of Towns and Civil Society Projects.

Final results:

  • 47 organizations, institutions and units of local self-government from Serbia applied as lead applicants;
  • 8 projects were approved, total value of 262.500 Euros;
  • 69 civil society organizations, local self-government units and institutions from Serbia have partner status on approved projects (some domestic actors are partners on several approved projects).
