Informal meeting of the national contact points for the „Europe for citizens“ program

Representatives of the Office for Cooperation with Civil Society, as the national contact point for the EU program "Europe for Citizens", attended a meeting of contact points for the programs Creative Europe and Europe for Citizens.

The meeting was held on June 11 and 12 in Sofia, organized by the Ministry of Culture of Bulgaria, as a contact point for these programs. The meeting was attended by representatives from 24 countries participating in the program, as well as representatives of the European Commission's Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs and the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Cultural Policy (EACEA).

The topics of the meeting were to get acquainted with the news regarding the future of the program in the new financial perspective 2021-2027, marking the European Year of Cultural Heritage and presenting projects with a cultural dimension within the program "Europe for Citizens " as well as projects with the dimension of European citizenship programs within the „Creative Europe“ program as well as better promotion of programs at the national level.
