Representative of the Office for Cooperation with Civil Society, Sanja Atanasković Opačić presented the "Europe for Citizens” Programme on October 26, 2018 in Sremski Karlovci.
Presentation of the program was held in the framework of the International Networking Seminar, held within the project "Re-connecting Europe - challenges and opportunities for better integration". This project is approved within the framework of the Europe for Citizens Program - projects of civil society organizations supported by the Robert Schuman Foundation from Poland, and SKC Novi Sad is one of the partners in this project. Other partners on the project are: Associazione Interculturale Nur from Cagliari-Italy, Záhrada - Centrum nezávislej kultúry from Banjska Bistrica-Slovakia and Europaische Akademie Berlin e.V. from Berlin-Germany.
About 50 young people from all the countries participating in the project took part in the seminar, with students from Serbia and students of the Karlovac Gymnasium. On the first day of the seminar, presentations were made of the Program "Europe for Citizens" and the European Capital of Culture Novi Sad in 2021.
